Below is the order overview on there website with a total of 4 orders, 3 will need to be refunded 3/4 labels went through. ($150)

DHL communication to me saying that all 3 shipments are gone including all the contents and will be destroyed.

Their website clearly advertising that they have a 100% success rate and they are all insured.

Additional Information:
The matter of the fact is I have been going back and forth with DHL now for weeks luckily I didn't use my information on this order as the address and fake name will 100% be getting re-billed for this complete fuck up over @ labelservice.io ... Can provide invoice to staff to prove my merchandise in the shipments where worth that much, I am also requesting the the labels are refunded and my account balance can be withdrawn to my crypto wallet as this is completely un-acceptable.

I look forward to hearing back from you, tried contacting livechat on their website but it's slow and absolutely useless.

You may say you are not responsible for the merchandise within the packages however they are insured apparently so you can claim the money back yourself when you refund me as DHL are refusing to help further because you have made LQ labels causing all my parcels to be seized and my drop to get rebilled.

Crypto address for a refund: Will DM them on tele or staff here when they agree to refund.

They also claim the service is international: "We offer worldwide shipping with DHL express - the fastest shipping available. " on the FAQ page.

Claims they are insured: "https://cracked.sh/Thread-Scam-Report-LabelService" on the FAQ page.

Claims I can pay in crypto: "Payment can be done in most cryptocurrencies available. " this being said their is no reason they cannot refund in crypto and can refund me outside of their shitty account credit system that they will likely attempt to offer me.

Oh by the way, make sure to update your FAQ page mate: " Our labels have a 100% successful delivery rate. " isn't right anymore is it.

The point is: the labels he provided where low quality causing my shipment to go on hold for a month to this day they still haven't been delivered. His website says they are insured I am simply asking for my money back for the damage caused by having 3 shipments destroyed... that's literally what insurance is for and what they advertise.

Total Deposit onto the website was: $290

The damage was directly caused by their service not functioning properly. They fucked up how they made the labels, lie about how their success rates and that lost me the money. This isn't damages they are being malicious not standing up to their own polices.
