The damage was directly caused by their service not functioning properly. They fucked up how they made the labels, lie about how their success rates and that lost me the money. This isn't damages they are being malicious not standing up to their own polices.
It says on their website shipments are insured 100% of the time. WHERE IS MY INSURANCE?

They openly admitted on telegram that it's their fault:
They have scammed me and lost me the contents of that parcels and it's directly on them.
They have refunded me for 3/4 of the labels... We only recieved half the order for the first label so they owe us at least a partial refund for that.
I also want to ask Liars how come you aren't inforcing them blatantly lying on their site surely that's the definition of not providing a service I paid for.

What is the full amount are you owned. Just not know you cannot claim for damages.
