Most of the time people get confused to why their thread got deleted or something, not knowing they've broken TOS.
I think a TOS button for each section would be a good idea.

It will be like this, it will be more like Read Before You Post (it's to the left of the latest thread button)

yes me know, but I'm not only talking about challenges section and stuff, I'm talking about all sections, a lot of time people get confused when their giveaway thread gets taken down cz they don't know that they've broken TOS
