Additional Information: So in march me and my friend hired him to make us a site, he asked 500$ for it and said that it will take him max 1 month to do it. Fast forward to today the site is still not done, we gave him 4 months extra just to don't do shit and make excuses (the screenshots say it all). So I had enough of him playing with us and our time, that is why I am opening a scam report against him, also if someone asks why the hell I open a scam report for this, I talked with @Liars and he said that I can open such a scam report!
