OK. so first of all refund request came from the nice gentleman. my statement immediately that I haven't done this shop "playstation store" for about 2 years. boxer screwed up ftid so that the show appeared. I explained to the young man that you can return the goods so that he at least gets his money back...
but his statement looked like this:


what it says is that i offer him to start a return because the refund failed when the tid appeared. He just meant that the console since?! months!? was sold.
sorry but for giving me bad feedback for something like that?! user blocked.

small edit: I forgot to mention that he wanted to make amends for the refund that went wrong. In the form of money or a free refund.
be careful who you do business with. I definitely don't anymore.

I'm sorry you had such an experience with me. as you can see, the grp has been open for 8 months and has already grown to 800 members. from my old group there are still existing customers of about 2k+, so far constantly 100 - 150 users a day who write to me privately. As I mentioned before your post, please bring some time with you. for a paypal refund, I assume you've been waiting for one. since i can't find your telegram name here in cracked, it's very difficult for me to assign you. I would highly recommend that if you cannot find the time to wait, find another refunder. A small note: I have a support person who works in my group, you are welcome to write to him and he will mark this message as important and send it to me, I usually answer it quite quickly.
