Unfortunately had almost same exerperience.
Long story short, I asked him about my Home24 order, cause the order got splitted in multiple packages.
After I asked in the Group why he deleted our chat, he banned me.
After that ban, I joined with another account in the chat to see what he wrote and he told me I would be a Leecher.
Also Instant-Banned me so I couldnt response.
Now I can sent my order back and getting told a Leecher cause I asked if Home24 works and if Ninjakitchen still works, damn.

Also he deleted our chat, when you have a screenshot maybe you can post it and explain me what I asked that looks like a Leecher question, please, cause I dont understand.

Also I can post some screenshots if needed.

I had same experience. He fucked up my Zalando order than he was ghosting me for 2 months than banned me on his group and blocked from priv acc :D

oooook. zalando order gebe ich SOFORT an das es nur eine 90% sache ist. mein refund dort dauert ca. 30 tage MAX !!! du hast eine retoure recht von 100 tage. wenn habe ich hier geghostet. ich glaube hier sind ganz klar meine rivalen unterwegs und gönnen mir nichts.

oooook. I give zalando order IMMEDIATELY that it is only a 90% thing. my refund there takes about 30 days MAX !!! you have a return right of 100 days. when did i ghost here. I think my rivals are clearly out and about here and don't treat me to anything.

Although atm it is very hard to get a reaction from him.
I understand, that he is very busy and he is trying to communicate this here and in the group.
Right now I'm waiting for him to fix my failed PP ref but he isn't responding.

As said before in general I can recommend his service very much and I can give vouches for him beside the fact, that it is hard to get a reaction from him.

 I haven't seen anyone crying so much that they didn't accept their refund order. I'm not forcing you to start the refund with me. you have 20k other refunders to choose from. please go to them.
