When PayPal closes an "unauthorized" case, the decision is final, it just takes a day or so until the money are back in the recepient's accounts. So in this case, the scammer 0xword had got them for sure or will get them very shortly.
Moreover, I have dealt with maddcanz many times (he has exchanged thousands through me) and I can safely say he won't be lying to you about 10 euros or whatever.
On the other hand, 0xword wanted to use my exchange service recently and when I told him I won't accept Paypal due to this dispute he started acting like the kid he is, insulting, leaving neg rep and finally blocking me.

As you can see @Liars , im not the only one who blame @0xword for scamming and thowing shits in others , @aax is one of the best excahngers on the forum , he will not even open the report if he needed to tell his honest opinion , i don't accept none of the options the scammer gave me , i think he is not eligible to negotiate in his posture , please take the right decision, and also as @aax said ,im not crying for 10 euros , u do im sure about that , but i like the deal to be a deal , if you ever heard about negotiating you would've know i was bluffing from first that i don't have money ,now i suggest you to stop being toxic .
