Additional Information: I agreed with the seller to send 15$ for his method , he told me he don't accept crypto only paypal, so i have exchanged the 15$ to pay and i told him i can only send 10 euros because of the exchange rate , he said okay ,after i've sent him the money he didn't wanted to send me the method and foreced me to send the 5 euros left that i told him i will give him back once i make money with his method , he refused to send the method and refused to do a refund .

1. I don't have your money, I spent it on a ps plus subscription
2. You told me that you were going to send me 10 euros, and in 2 days you were going to send me the rest, and I said ok. But that does not mean that I was going to send you the method for 10 euros.
3. The price of the method is 30 euros, so I didnt scamed you.
