Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 60€ BTC for 100k apple streams

Additional Information: So I bought 100k apple streams for 60€ BTC from the shoppy store they provide on discord. Since then I never got any streams at all and I don't get any response from @Eve he is online all the time but never answers the question of when he will start with the streams. Actually, I wanted to wait a bit longer but I will not do that... I don't want him to scam more people if he is really a scammer.
Crypto address for a refund: I don't want a refund I want the streams to be started
Well he did answer me now... what a wonder... he said he had problems with the bot and will start today/tomorrow.
