Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 302€ for Paypal Ref. He said if you pay before you get 9% and have a fast service but he didn't respond anymore but is active in cracked.

Additional Information: He doesn't respond anymore but is active on the forums did get 302€ from me but didn't do anything said 9% before and without you must fill out a form in google docs. He said you pay before you don't need to fill it and you get fast service but nothing from him.
