Anybody have any ideas to bypass the new Windows 11 requirement?

I installed 2025, instructions worked good so far
But, how to add a state. Every time I try to add a state, turbotax 2025 is prompting me to in put intuit username and password

State files are not available as yet. I'm waiting too. Adding 'PERSTATES' and the state key in regedit had not done anything for now. We'll have to wait.
