If you visit this section,
you can see many people that are trying to get hired for any kind of reason.
The purpose of that section is to hire someone, and not to
get hired by someone.

Of course this does save a bit of time for "some" occurrences,
but overall they are just trashing the threads, and usually do not
get hired anyways because people simply want to make clear
what they need help with (in a thread) and not after they have
hired someone that probably wouldn't be able to help the person,
at the end, leading to a big waste of time for the person looking for help.

And to be completely honest with you,
It clearly reads: "You want to hire someone? ..."
and not             : "Looking to get hired?"

Ah personally don't see a point in doing that. I mean it's completely normal for people to do this just as people/companies do in LinkedIn. Ya a little modification can be done on description and name of sub forum but a new one seems pointless and more work on staff/team.
