Additional Information: I bought a forum for the price of 120 USD (domain + forum files + forum db) and it's not working partially (it has a lot of issues on my side) and the seller doesn't want to help me anymore. (MORE INFORMATIONS BELOW)

Ok so I bought the forum as I said, everything was fine he sent me the files, db and transffered the domain.
He did a quick explain of how to set it up (Install vestacp, upload the forum files, create a db and import the forum's db), after I did everything he said, the forum had a lot of errors (errors on the main forum page, errors on the admin panel), not to mention the fact that the forum was throwing an HTTP ERROR 500 when accessed because of the plugins on the forum (I had to rename the plugins folder to something else in order to see the forum's errors atleast if i don't have it fully functional).
He tried to help me fix them but he never managed to do it. He told me to go ask for help on mybb support forums, also joined their discord server and I met a guy there which helped me but the forum was not functional.
What that guy did was only install a fresh version of mybb and overwrite the existing files with @xLoy 's forum files which worked partially. We still had almost the same problem with plugins (i had to rename the folder in order for the forum to partially work and so i can see other errors that may appear) and a problem with mybb admin panel, after logging in everytime I tried doing something it would just log me out.  -- Now here is the key part, when I was talking to @Liars and @xLoy in the discord group we had the deal, @xLoy claimed that he got it working for me which is totally a lie, when he tried to help me out the forum was way more broken then my and that guy's try to fix it.

I tried to convince him (not to mention the fact that @Liars told him too) to just set it up for me because he should be able to do it since he got a working version on his side and get just over with, not just wasting more time with a scam report.

An export of my chat with @xLoy will be sent to staff if needed ( since it contains some ips and logins ).

Also I need to specify the fact that if he refuses to get it working for me (which i would preffer more then a refund), I will only ask for half refund since I got the files and the domain.

1) well, the the problem was in pointing the domain to cloudflare.(after selling him the forum)

2) after fixing the problem we set up the forum and he loggin in with the owner account and i have logged in with an ex-staff member(EMMA) account(i have set all the staff members pass to test before selling it) he logged in with my account (xLoy the pink one), we checked everything and it was working perfectly.

3) after few hours he came and asked me to share my screen and show him the forum on my localhost, said ok and i have shared my screen and he saw everything working even the plugins while sharing the screen he said zip those files and send them again i did  that and send it to him

4) today he came and said i will open a scam report
because he wasn't able to set it up again by himself

in the SS below i want to prove that i sold him the domain (crack-zone.to), forum files/db/theme working and set it up with him and he logged in and tested everything.

the reason that i don't want to setup the forum again fbecause he didn't ask for help politely stared saying that im scammer and shit like thati told him, if he need help with setup he can pay me and i will do it.

i swear to god that i sold him the working with no problems and i setup the forum for him.

@xLoy please understand the fact that I never accused you, I just warned you if you don't make it work for me I will open a scam report. If I did called you a scammer as you say excuse me.
Now replying to what you posted:
1) Cloudflare was a problem because of you, you told me to enable the "Full" ssl mode which was not needed. And realised that I only need "Flexible" ssl, because that will only use cloudflare ssl, "Full" will require the host to have ssl too. (Proof that I explained to @Liars in dm since he was just writing over what i was explaining in the group chat: https://i.imgur.com/qq1U8ik.png

2) You never fixed the forum for me as I specified in the thread but you don't understand that. When you fixed it for me the only thing I could see is a bugged forum with a lot of errors, the main forum page was not even working, the upper bar was not in the right place, login and register were not working. (@Teken , try to register an account and see yourself how the forum looks with his guide on setting it up https://crack-zone.to/).

3) Yes that's right I wanted to see if it really works for you on the localhost version and it works, indeed I approved in the groupchat that it was working on your side but on mine is not working :/

4) Not the right words. I opened a scam report because you are not helping me to set it up. You said it yourself that you will help me.

The SS he provided is the version I was talking about that I got it to partially work with a guy.

Why would I pay you again?
Not gonna specify the fact that he came to me on voice and told me he lost 80$. After 5 mins he asked me if I want to pay him 20$ to help me set it up. (Message was deleted but I got a plugin for betterdiscord which saves the deleted messages: https://i.imgur.com/os91L68.png)

I never said you did not sold me the forum or accused you of anything. You just have to help me set it up and that's enough for me if you can get it to 100% work .
