He is legit saying "all sales are final no refunds", even though the fucking proxies havent even worked, he also says hes not giving me the proxies asap, he says he will give them tomorrow, ive been waiting for 3 days and im not gonna wait 1 more, i need them today, i will buy proxies from someone else and i want my refund right now.

Just to make it clear, I want a 100% refund, this dude is acting like a fucking jerk, when he is the one clearly at fault. I don't want no shitty time refund. I'm not going to keep dealing with this moron for the next month.
