@Liars, I don't want a replacement from these people, I want a direct refund, I no longer want their shitty service with shitty customer support, they have an issue on their end and try to blame & clown me for opening a report, may I add I opened the report after 2 days of unanswered ticket messages (I even pinged him lots of times), and he only responded when I made the deal dispute.

I havent even used the service properly, its as if I bought something and its not working, I was willing to wait for them to work if you had answered my ticket, however you chose to completely ignore me for 2 days.
I bought a 24h proxy package from another seller in the meantime, if the proxies arent up by the time this package expires, I would like to receive a refund. If it comes before that, I'll happily accept the proxies, however, I cannot afford more downtime.
@ANG is in the right here, he did say all sales are final and u agreed to that upon buying so if it does go down sucks to be u and u just have to wait at the end of the day.

Doesn't change the fact that this dude is giving ass support, I bought a one month plan, so it is on my best interest to know what's up with the proxies, I asked him very nicely for 2 days straight, my API key was showing up blank, it also showed as if I didn't have a subscription, and I also asked for an ETA on when the proxies are coming back, he responded to none of those. Only when I opened the scam report he decided to respond to my ticket talking shit about how I'm not gonna get proxies or refund if I don't close the report.
So disregarding the fact that the product isn't even working, the support was trash & took days to respond. I bought the proxies to use them right now, and his service failed to accomplish that, I also had to purchase another 6$ subscription for the day from another service, and I'm not going to keep buying more until he decides to finally fix the proxies. Which is why I consider this an appropriate occasion to be refunded, I'm not in the position to wait more than 24h right now.
