i have not been making up excuses when panda sent the money i used a site called exchanger24.org to cash it out to paypal.
not sure why the config broke when he used it because i can get valid responses from it still to this day 
when i used exchanger24.org i mistyped my paypal email and wrote to support
they still havent gotten back to me so i cant do fuck all.
