Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 34$ 1 year Mullvad

Additional Information: So I bought mullvad from him for 1 year, the problem is he is never on time made me wait for couple of days everytime my mullvad is going to expire at the end of the month. So I had enough of it to ignore me for multiple months in a row, also he has a vouch channel on telegram where if you post a negative vouch he deletes it (there were a lot of unhappy people that were waiting for months without getting their issue resolved). I don't want for him to continue to give me more accounts because I am unhappy of his service thats why I am demanding a full refund even for the months that he gave me accounts with sub on them because he did not even gave me a compensation for the delays, plus he paid to get unbanned on the forum (that should say a enough..).
