Additional Information:
I am filing a dispute regarding a purchase I made for what was advertised as an “all-in-one AI tool bundle.” The seller specifically claimed that this bundle included access to Cursor Premium AI, which was the primary reason I agreed to buy it.
After paying, I discovered that Cursor Premium AI was not actually included. Instead, I was required to complete my own whitelist application, invest my own time and effort, and wait for approval. Although I was eventually accepted, the access still did not work. At this point it became clear that the seller had misrepresented what I was purchasing.
The only reason I bought this bundle was because the seller assured me that Cursor Premium AI would be included. Without that, the tools provided are easily obtainable directly from their original developers, and I would not have made this purchase.
Because the seller’s claims were false and the product was misrepresented, I am requesting a refund on the grounds of being misled and effectively scammed.
After requesting a refund, the seller stated that he “can’t refund” and that he is “not responsible because he is not the developer.” However, this does not change the fact that he misrepresented the product and sold access to something that was not actually included, which is a clear case of misleading conduct.
He advertised the bundle as including Cursor Premium AI, and this was the deciding factor for my purchase. Once I paid, I learned that Cursor Premium AI was not provided at all—I had to apply for my own whitelist, spend my own time and effort, and even after being accepted, the access still did not work.
Whether he is the developer or not is irrelevant. He sold a product based on claims that were false. Selling something that was never included in the first place is deceptive and fits the definition of a scam. If a seller markets a feature as part of the product, they are responsible for delivering it—regardless of where it comes from.
Because the product was misrepresented and the key feature I paid for was not delivered, I am again requesting a refund. This is a clear case of false advertising and failure to deliver the promised service.
After I informed the seller that I intended to file a report due to the false advertising of the product, the seller responded by claiming that I had “deleted messages.” This claim is untrue and appears to be an attempt to avoid responsibility for the misrepresentation of the product.
Crypto address for a refund: It will be posted later.
