Additional Information: Spoofless messaged me on my PayPal holding thread (which has since been deleted). In that thread, I had posted an ad offering a 15% cut for PayPal holders. He replied under the thread saying he could do it for 20%.
I messaged him on Telegram, and we agreed on a 20% cut. At that time, there were no rules about reaching $500 before payout. Later, I got busy with real life, and my customers kept sending payments to his PayPal account through the Shoppy gateway. I only had time to deliver a orders, and there was no conversation between us during that period since I trusted him.
One day, I decided to request a payout because I didn’t want PayPal to cause issues like asking for documentation or locking the funds. When I opened Telegram, I noticed his chat was no longer pinned. I had pinned it earlier and turned off auto-delete because he was the holder and I didn’t want problems later (this has happened to me before with scammers).
When I searched for “spoofless,” I saw that he had deleted the chat. That clearly showed he was trying to scam me. I messaged him asking, “You started scamming?” — and he acted like he didn’t know me. When I replied, “What do you mean ‘what’? Send my payout before I submit proof to a scam report,” he suddenly “remembered everything” and told me to keep sending payments until I reached $500 before he would pay out.
That rule was never part of our agreement and wasn’t mentioned anywhere in his thread. I told him to pay me now, but he made up fake rules saying he would only pay out once I hit $500, or he’d pay 40% instead of the 20% we agreed on. He got defensive and started using abusive language.
When I asked why he deleted our chat, he claimed he had “auto-delete on his side.” That’s obviously nonsense — he acts like he has some “ultra max premium” Telegram version where he can set autodelete messages only on his side and other op won't effect that.
After all the back and forth, I told him I didn’t want to continue and asked for my payout. He refused again, saying he wouldn’t pay until I reached $500. I asked if he would take responsibility if PayPal got limited or banned, since that’s happened to me before, and he said nothing. Later, he suddenly changed the deal again, saying he will take 30% cut instead and blamed me for chargebacks.
He sent me screenshots from my customer chats claiming they filed chargebacks because I scammed them. But I have proof that the items were delivered — these are just impatient customers who didn’t wait 24 hours for a response and opened disputes. There were only 4 chargebacks in total.
Despite that, Spoofless accused me of scamming my own customers. I told him to just pay me at a 70% cut if he wanted, but he left my message on seen. Four days later, I asked again if he was going to pay. That’s when he replied, “PP got banned due to too many chargebacks, so you can fuck off.”
I reminded him that there were only 3-4 chargebacks, and he was supposed to handle refunds — he was responsible for the PayPal, as agreed. Then he said, “Or else I’m keeping 50% to recoup my loss.” He keeps making up new rules every day.
He also threatened to give me a bunch of negative reputation, which I honestly don’t care about. It’s clear that if I had continued to $500, he would’ve come up with another new excuse. None of his rules were ever mentioned when I hired him as a PayPal holder or in his original thread.
I’ve already submitted all chat proof to Alex via PM.

This guy just makes up bunch of bs lies.

1. This retard doesn't know what auto-chat clear is on telegram, where chats clear after a certain period of time. Even after i explained this to him, he still is so fucking braindead, that he still doesn't understand what this feature is.
2. This guy came to me to hold his funds. My thread CLEARLY SAYS MONTHLY INCOME NEEDS TO BE $4000, which he obviously didn't fulfill, and decided to open a non sense scamreport. You literally shot yourself in the foot. You sent a grand total of *drum rolls please* $200ish in 3-4 months? and you're the one upset and demanding?
3. The $4k treshold wasn't there when we started working? i've had a 2k treshold since i started holding. It was always on the thread. I ask the staff to check the EDIT HISTORY of my pp holding thread to find out the exact date when the threshold text was added. I remember clearly it was 2k when i made the thread, and i updated it to 4k minimum at around May 2025. Way before i started holding for you. Stop making up shit.
4. The guy clearly scams his customers. Tons of chargebacks were hitting, with customers spamming him on telegram to deliver the shit, or the auto delivered stuff was incorrect, i even got emails from customers asking to deliver, TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL.
5. Given the circumstances of him not delivering/sleeping/ignoring customers, my paypal got banned due to high chargeback rates & fraud

6. Never ever mentioned that i won't pay out. I told you 5 times, this is the 6th time, hopefully it'll reach your tiny brain. I gave you TWO OPTIONS:


Considering that my paypal got banned beacuse of the tons of chargebacks and the malicious service you run, i will:
1.) Pay you out now, but at 50%, to recoup: the time wasted of the paypal beacuse i was holding for you, for 3-4 months, and you sent $200 & the loss of a great aged paypal, beacuse u were scamming customers left right center, and you refused to acknowledge it or give me a headsup before i started holding for you. I don't care about your proofs. Chargebacks were hitting. At this point its not the customer the problem, its YOU.
2.) Hit the $4k a month treshold thats imposed on my thread.

It’s useless to talk to this guy. He literally said he has auto-delete enabled only on his side. Someone please tell him that when a Telegram chat has auto-delete enabled, both parties receive a notification, and I had it disabled on my end.
Is there any way to restore the deleted thread? If yes, please check, that’s where he originally replied to my thread offering a 20% cut.
Regarding his claim that I scammed my customers, I have proof of chats with my customers showing that I responded to them and delivered their items. Before I hired him, he also asked me where I was going to use PayPal, and I clearly sent him my Shoppy page and website, so he can’t act like he didn’t know.
As for the revenue, most of my customers use crypto instead of PayPal to avoid fees and future account issues. In the last four months, there were only 3–4 chargebacks, all from customers who marked the order as “not received” even though they didn’t wait for my reply or delivery confirmation.
On my Shoppy page, it clearly says “no auto-delivery.” That’s my choice, and he has no right to question it. (For context: I disabled auto-delivery because in the past, people spammed my store with stolen PayPal logs, which forced me to stop auto-delivery to prevent further abuse.)
I have no reason to waste time arguing with this guy. I never approached him; he came to my thread first. Since then, he’s been making up new, baseless rules that were never part of our original agreement.
I’ve already contacted him multiple times for payout, and each time he changed the conditions, which makes no sense at all.
At this point, I’ll just wait for the admin to decide.

Read my paypal holding thread. The conditions are clearly mentioned there, since earth has been created.
You didn't respect the conditions, and expect me to pay you out at a 20% rate after 3 months of fucking around and sending like $200 then getting my paypal banned beacuse of chargebacks.

Gave you the conditions for payout, you can choose. Im not wasting my time on a fucking idiot like you. All you did was waste me a 3 year old very aged paypal, and fuck my nerves.
