Crypto address for a refund: He transferred or used the credits he is suppose to owe me. 170k credits, we agreed he sell me the awards for $100 ltc and he told me to purchase all the awards first and then he will transfer me the credits once I send him the LTC.

User owes me 170k in credits, user only wants to refund me the $94 and he owes me $100. The deal was the credits not amount refunded back
