Additional Information:I don’t understand why he was unbanned when he still hasn’t solved his previous case. When he was banned, he was asking me for extra money to fix things. After getting unbanned, he contacted me because he knew I’d reopen the report. But after I responded, he only provided a YouTube fix and then stopped. His unprofessional behavior continues, he promised to provide all fixes on the same day, but it’s been five days and nothing has changed, except for the YouTube fix. I paid him $165 on October 17, 2024, for two products: Runway and Gemini. He never provided Runway at all, and Gemini only worked for about 2-2.5 months. While he was banned and unresponsive, I already bought Runway and Gemini from other sellers and also got MS365 from another user on this forum (for free). I no longer need these products, but I’m requesting a refund for Gemini and Runway. If he claims refunds aren’t allowed per his "policies," his own policies say he should provide fixes within 72 hours, not leave customers hanging for 11 months. I haven’t got Runway at all (all was dead), and I’ve got Gemini for less than 3 months, so he should refund me . I have no trust in him anymore. He should refund my $165 and provide fixes for Prime, Adobe, and MS365 within a few hours.
