Additional Information: I am formally requesting a full refund of $10 from FireFlame for a Bolt.new PRO Subscription account. FireFlame promised the subscription would work for 3 months, but it only worked for 7-8 days. When I contacted him, he offered a partial refund of $7.30, claiming the short duration justifies this.
However, at no point before or during our transaction did he inform me that only partial refunds would be given. Unlike most sellers who clearly state their terms of service upfront, he failed to disclose any refund policy or limitations. Only after the dispute began did he create and present his terms, which is misleading and unfair.
Given that the service did not meet the promised duration and that I was not informed about any partial refund policy beforehand, I am requesting a full refund. I believe this constitutes a breach of trust and a misrepresentation of the product, and I am prepared to escalate this dispute accordingly.

Couldn't fix it until today 18 September and he wants to give me a partial refund.
