Additional Information: I am formally requesting a full refund of $10 from FireFlame for a Bolt.new PRO Subscription account. FireFlame promised the subscription would work for 3 months, but it only worked for 7-8 days. When I contacted him, he offered a partial refund of $7.30, claiming the short duration justifies this.
However, at no point before or during our transaction did he inform me that only partial refunds would be given. Unlike most sellers who clearly state their terms of service upfront, he failed to disclose any refund policy or limitations. Only after the dispute began did he create and present his terms, which is misleading and unfair.
Given that the service did not meet the promised duration and that I was not informed about any partial refund policy beforehand, I am requesting a full refund. I believe this constitutes a breach of trust and a misrepresentation of the product, and I am prepared to escalate this dispute accordingly.

I have agreed to refund him the non working days as when the account is given the customer have used the account for 8days so for the working days i am how can I refund him as he have utilised it . I agreed it stop pens in btw unfortunately but as the account was working for these days and he had the benefits of the account and he used it so that’s what I have agreed to refund him for the non working days .

Btw he has bought the account for 1 month and in that 22 days was not working as I told him this takes time to fix as it is possible to fix only but it need time but the customer as for the refund so i have suggest for the refund for the non working days

i am unsure where the buyer is getting 3 months from, as all evidence and discussion provided is showing 1-month being discussed. 

• The buyer purchased a 1-month Bolt.new PRO subscription for $10.
  
• Service functioned only 8 days, leaving 22 days non-functional.
  
• Calculation:
  • Daily rate = $10 ÷ 30 = $0.33/day
  • Refund owed = 22 × $0.33 ≈ $7.33
  

Accordingly, a refund of $7.33 USD is sufficient indemnification in this matter.

@Fireflame Issue the buyer a refund for the above amount within the next 24 hours.

Only refund to an address which is provided on this thread by the buyer.
