Additional Information: Paid for Offramp KYC creation account, he created the account under his personal email not the one I provided him, Offramp support said you cannot change the email once the account is created. I asked for full access to the Gmail he used but he won't provide. Told him i will report him then he deleted our chat and changed his username from maddudeacc2 to whatdats.

shows no txn address
no proof of pricing
i sold him completely different account wise
he got iffy it got flagged and disabled
so he stated fighting for a completely fake account
To staff i can provide login to disabled wise account as a proof 
@Alex  i will send you complete wise info with mail to verify in case he has not changed info

He wants offramp i will create and give him offramp
any staff can mm the deal

Firstly why did you delete the chat and changed username? Also you said you did not deal with him and then you contradict yourself. He did not ask for wise but asked for Offramp in the screenshot that you quoted.



Refund the user or provide a replacement off the account. Do so within 24h.

I did not delete chat i changed username because he was constantly bugging me , he deleted chats
