Additional Information: I bought 100accounts from him for $40 and he only send 50 from which only 34were good he said that he will send the others after sometime I waited for almost a month but nothing. He told me in the chat that he is Hitler but now he already deleted it from telegram, also if you check in his profile he put that he is away from the date that i told him that i will report, and he edited the thread he had for selling the accs to hide his telegram. We were doing this deal while cracked was closed so i think he wanted to scam and didnt that that cracked will be opened again.
