Additional Information: transferred 80$ to him to buy some stuff on Aug 17, visa transaction wasnt successful, he went afk for awhile until on Aug 27 he confirmed he received a refund, again he went ignore mode until Aug 29 told me some shit happened and he will send me refund once he gets the chance, well ive been waiting for half a month now so im making a report in case he cares
