He said atleast 90% privacy  so all public as shit and he can not even find the file he send a test for it or maybe he resell from other sellers 
and of course this base not one hand as he said

I sent the OP my collection of bases 2024 that i planned to sell here in conpensation since i am traveling and didnt have the full base on my phone i wont refund him full
