Additional Information: Ordered dominos b4u, but the seller didn't put instructions I told him to put so driver did not deliver and he said he won't fix the order.

Told the user I was busy and that if the driver was called they'd deliver their food. The user didn't input any instructions or phone # so they weren't informed of the mistake timely.
I also didn't input the user's instructions. However, the order was placed, and marked as delivered. As someone who orders many people food, in this situation it is typical for the customer to call the store and inform them of their order name & what happened.
The customer would either be told that they can come pick it up, or that it'll be delivered promptly.
In the case that it wasn't gonna be delivered I would've credited / refunded the user, as stated in the part they wanted to leave out below.

Instead of the user simply calling the Domino's (I literally couldn't at the time, as the user knows, i order food for people.)
he waited and did nothing and now wrote this scam report.
I admit, I didn't put the special instructions, I was distracted and it happens sometimes.
A service was still provided, the user had the chance to eat the whole time. All he had to do was call the store.
