I don't like to intervene in these types of situations but as I've worked with Sergiu some times I can say he's not a scammer and will prob never be he even sends the money first when making deals with him I haven't tried the proxies but if everyone is saying that the proxies work well than maybe it's your config I know it's private but it can still be bad so please check ALL your configs for any flaw's before making accusations Thanks.
