I just finished my trial, and the proxies were great. All I had to do was create a ticket asking for a trial, and it took them a few minutes to give me a key. Completely your fault for buying without reading TOS or testing a trial

This is what they told me: "You should have bought the cheapest plan if you wanted to test the proxies out"

This was in a ticket that I opened in their server. They closed the ticket as soon as they heard me complain about the proxies. They did this so I have no proof XDDDDD.

Haven't seen the full ticket because i was school but i don't believe that Sergiu asked you to pay for the "free trial" which is clearly visible, all i saw was that you just joined made a ticket redeemed a key and that's it

Do you actually need the answer for this? here it is
There are only 3 opens, once the customer, person opens a ticket, uses the bot, gets the proxies we close the ticket
We're trying to keep it as clean as we can so it won't get termed, but since you smell BS i'm still waiting for the "proof" on where we asked money on a thing named "free trial"
