in another Venmo Exchange to scam out :)

@SHIGGY69 is fully accountable as his exchanger main intention was always to scam, he just got away with it early and decided to try again

he was even luring me to do a exchange with him on DM, to scam me out, and he didn't even realized im the guy he scammed $60 in the past

Apparently the guy who got scammed, also sent Venmo from Card, thing wich @SHIGGY69 claim they never accepted xD but looks like they could make an exception on his "rules" that time for the other victim to get scammed :)

On top of that Shiggy refunded the victim his $40 that he sent from card in SOL, but looks like I can't be refunded since "it's me"

Showed for days that his exchanger was a scammer but decided to ignore me until he officially exited, and now @SHIGGY69 even refunded the victim that suffered from the same thing as me n_n only difference is the scammer stated he do accepted card, and i see why he didn't mentioned with me so he could get away with getting $60 free without shig being able to say nothing

The other scammer is irrelevant, this dispute isn't on whether or not Tax scammed. It's whether or not we were justified in holding your funds that were sent from your card, as you didn't follow the directions. 

I tell my exchangers I hire that it is up to them if they wish to refund the card payments, even though it's a server rule that we keep the payment. In the case of another user who was scammed and sent via card, the customer made it evident that he could only send from the card, which the worker agreed to take. This customer's circumstances were different, that's it. (They have a server where we take the payments for his customers, therefore not all our rules will apply). This is standard practice.

The difference between you and the guy who got scammed is the scammer left the server after taking his payment, he didn't leave after taking your payment as you didn't get scammed, you didn't follow our server rules, plain and simple.[/font]
