1. Its listed as ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE SENT FROM BALANCE. Venmo has balance. Venmo payments must be sent from balance, as do ALL PAYMENTS. Not sure why you're calling me a liar as it is written right there.
2. No, we've been exchanging venmo for years, always requiring balance. All other customers send from balance as per the instructions listed in the ticket creation channel. The terms are listed in the channel, you just didn't read them.
3. Not having a refund option on venmo is half the reason we require it to be from balance. I already said why this matters.

5. You're disputing whether or not It was right for us to hold your payment, not whether or not my exchangers are professional. I agree that my exchanger may not have acted the best but you don't need to bring it up for the sole purpose of trying to make us look bad, as that is not the reason for this dispute. Finally, it doesn't matter if my workers have a forum profile, as they don't operate off of here, they operate in my server. Anything that happens in my server is being held accountable by me.

1. What you listed was just in the ticket bot section, you didn't bother to include it in the actual TOS section of your server and on top of that if you tend to state TOS/TERMS on every exchange u do, like saying send from balance and take ss or with paypal send from balance and take a ss of receipt, then why this isn't done on this case? would've avoided all this hassle by doing what its always done in tickets instead of just sending payment info.

Have u ever done Venmo exchanges yourself? if so im pretty sure you asked them to send from balance whenever a ticket was made & I don't understand that if this happened to u before for paypal & other methods like other customers told sending accidentally from card, you still did the exchange for them. this is pretty much a blatant scam
Also would like to ask where's my money currently, have y'all already spent it or what u plan to do with it?

I think its important to dispute the quality of your exchangers, if imo & other people's i got scammed by one of them, and if already scams had happened through your server, you're advertising this exchange server on cracked and getting customers from here so it's fair they get to know the reality of it, if im just gonna get scammed 60$ it's a fair trade people save their own pocket since y'all are not professional or take the service seriously to send a tos message on ticket like you ALWAYS do, this will most likely happen again. this is not about making your server look bad but stating facts and the truth it's not my fault this wasn't handled the right way, as you just agreed your exchanger didn't acted the best way & i would had let it slide if he didn't disrespected me straight up but here we are after the circus he decided to make.
the only reason im mentioning all of this is for staff to check and understand that things aren't being handled correctly there & so they can understand my side of the story better.
My final question that i'd like to get a genuine answer from u is, if you DO take the time of stating in every ticket the terms on every different exchange (thing you do ALWAYS https://ibb.co/qMxjhRck) , why do u take the effort to do that? is it because people usually don't read that part u keep mentioning that isn't even on TOS section?
& then if u tend to state it everytime, why this wasn't done in my exchange? don't you believe it is your exchanger fault to NOT do it?

1. I already told you that nothing related to deals is in the TOS. Not going to keep telling you that you ignored all the information on deals.
2. Yes, occasionally we may send a reminder in the ticket itself, but it shouldn't be required of us, as it is listed very boldly before you create a ticket.

No, I don't do it for every exchange, as everybody besides you reads the terms of the deals before sending. I often try to remind people because I don't want to receive any funds from the bank, we would much rather not keep your money than deal with this.
Finally, my exchangers Venmo was disabled this morning, it could be coincidental but maybe not as he has had it since January.

I doubt it's occassionally, i truly believe almost everytime someone starts an exchange and they don't text first, your do leave a message for the payment method exchange, stating that screenshot is required, balance etc, idk why you denying it now as u do it often. i wish i could show more proof but old tickets in the server was closed, but u know its true that you state that a big % of time, and besides that, why this is done "occassionally"? seems like a pretty incosistent and confusing way of dealing if u pick to randomly state it and other times u don't
So let's say someone exchanges cashapp from u, you tell him straight up before sending your cashtag that they must send a screenshot of payment & balance only all goes fine
next time you just send em your venmo tag & don't say nothing? makes no sense to me as they're two whole different payment methods

What your exchanger can do or not with his Venmo is none of my business, but i won't be amazed by the thing u said happening by his way of handling deals, im sure he could be involved in weird stuff or troubles with diff clients. and to this day I still don't have my money so the thing goes on...

2. I try to say it as much as possible as we don't want to receive payments from bank. I don't say it every time as everybody but you knows they need to send from balance, as they can read.

1. It's clear you don't wanna touch that topic, idk in what world do you live, but how come the most important thing about your "Exchange Server", the sole purpose of it, DEALING is not written on the TOS... the fact you're stating it with your own words says it all no need to add more to that lol
2. If u said it random times it's unprofessional & confusing, you lead clients to believe that's only required in certain payment methods and not always
your inconsistency on that is also your fault, or either don't state it ever or state it always, no? you're leaving it to luck of the customers into assuming your stuff or taking a guess
3. Doesn't seem like a joke to me, meanwhile my money is held hostage, the person you hired to take care of a serious matter like exchangers is acting like that is no laughing matter

1. I don't know why you act like the TOS is related to deals at all, it's not. There isn't a single piece of information on deals in the channel. If you read that there's no reason you wouldn't read the actual deal information in the exchange channel.
2. Its not luck of the customer assuming or taking a guess, its a reminder we try to give out as much as we can about the information on deals written in the exchange ticket channel.

If u own a Exchange Server, providing Exchanges Services, then what the fuck are the TOS gonna be used for? you act like this is a giveaway/chat server stating in that section "NO SPAMMING, NO NSFW" like if that was more important than the TOS of the sole purpose in the server wich is exchanging lol...., u put more effort of stating all that rules for a server that isn't used as a general server instead of stating it for exchanges lmao, how does that make sense? tell me please i genuinely want to know
