"if the artist cannot do a certain animation/work, they should not be hasty in taking the payment knowing their work is not going to live up to it's standards."
"Well firstly, it's been way past 24 hours, and you're still asking for a 2 hour extension, which I provided you no questions asked, and then you change the whole banner working on a new one and the first animation slide of it is itself not satisfactory. How do you expect people looking at this banner and think about being curious on what I'm selling, it's just a disaster. You've taken way too much time and you're not done with the slides yet, and it's going to be, yet again a rushed GFX sacrificing both my time and quality of the GFX, and just a waste of money overall."
As stated above, I actually met your expectations and you innocently ask for a full refund even if you were told at the very beginning that you don't have to pay if you don't like the work, also, the preview was sent exactly on time, only you stopped further cooperation and decided to wait for @Liar's decision.
