List of issues:
- Not providing the work on time, it's been over 2 weeks. I had been promised "end of day" results multiple times, but all I ended up getting way delay and ghosting.
- Quality of Artwork and animation deprecated due to negotiation with the amount to be paid, without ever informing me. Negotiations are part of business, and if you're gonna provide a less quality gfx just because I negotiated $10, without ever even telling me first, it's bad business.
- Artwork requirements/requests of the customer not fulfilled. The way I wanted out the gfx to turn out, it didn't. I did provide a small paragraph describing how I wanted the animation to look like, and the artist agreed, that he understood my point of view but failed to deliver so in the final product presented.
- Arguing and making a big deal out of things when I told him to add a slide with just the payment methods listed that I would accept for the service im getting the gfx built for. It should be a complementary thing, to have the payment methods listed in the artwork for the service you're getting it built for. Since the 2nd slide didn't have space for it and it would look bad to cram it in there, I told him to just make it into a separate slide, but he got annoyed with my request and started arguing with me that "it wasn't part of the deal and I would have to pay more"
- Overall bad business practice, I was pushed to pay the money, even before I could see and comment on the actual animation that was to be rendered and if any changes were to be made. I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided and want a refund for the same.
