Darkness closed the disputes because he obviously misunderstand the situation, he think that your PayPal account was already in negative, but what happened is "Emily Fong" chargebacked/reversed that make your account in negative, just because you withdraw "Emily Fong" money to your bank account and do not have enough fund for the chargebacked/reversed, that make your account in negative of -$1600. So we need a video to explain that why your account have a negative balance, what is the cause of the negative balance? Which I'm sure that you can't provide because the video will expose your scam.

I already provided the video to staff.. thats why they close IT .. cuz i am innocent i cant for that your scam method failed.. and i am not idiot .. paying you for something what i not do never i scam anyone .. first pwyment i send you which one i want back

If you remember, you already sent me a video showing the negative balance and the payment reversed on your PayPal account, which is not enough to proof that you are innocence, but you can't send me another video to explain why you have a negative balance on your PayPal account? Based on the last message I received from you before you closed the previous disputes, I figured out something wrong and you obviously misunderstand the situation. A video proof show that the payment from "Emily Fong" was chargebacked/reversed by PayPal is far from enough to show that @Sc00bii is innocence. Since his PayPal account have a negative balance of -$1600, you should request a video proof of explain why he have a negative balance on his PayPal account, the cause of the negative balance. I asked him why his PayPal account have a negative balance, I even requested a video proof, still no reasonable answer and the video until today.

The reason of why I request such video is because his PayPal account balance ONLY BECAME NEGATIVE AFTER "Emily Fong" chargebacked/reversed the payment, that's mean he do not have insufficient money in his PayPal for the chargebacked/reversed because he already withdraw the money of "Emily Fong" to his bank account. 

*Sc00bii should send you a video proof in a format that you can see the whole webpage of his PayPal account so you not missed any important part of the webpage where he can change the settings and options of what you can see and not see on the PayPal account.

1. An account that receives transactions in the amount of $300 is automatically hold for 21 days and the money cannot be manipulated, let alone sent
   
2. If I sent it to another account, it wouldn't work because Emily submitted the refund that day, I didn't answer her because it was recommended to me, so I had to wait for the money to be refund, it was in those 21 days, then from paypal I received fees of more than 90$
   
3. If there are not enough funds in the account for the transaction (the transaction was hold, it was not possible to manipulate it), paypal will return the money back to the buyer's account and demand the money from you, i.e. then it will give you a negative balance.
   
4. When we calculate the $90 fees and Emily's payment, the negative balance agrees
