Sorry but you're totally wrong about the PayPal things and your decision in closing the disputes is not accepted, you may think that his paypal account already have a negative balance before he received money from "Emily Fong", but that's not true, just doesn't make sense to send money to a negative balance PayPal account. So here is what happened, I have a chance to log in into his PayPal account before "Emily Fong" chargebacked/reversed, everything is good, his PayPal account do not have a negative balance, he actually gave me permission to log into his account a few times, but not anymore after his PayPal account have a negative balance. You can see the pictures and video he sent us, it show that the money he received from "Emily Fong" was chargebacked/reversed by PayPal, but it is actually chargebacked/reversed after he withdraw the money from his PayPal account, he withdraw the money that "Emily Fong" sent him, and that make his PayPal account have a negative balance. Let's say if "Emily Fong" chargebacked/reversed before Sc00bii can withdraw the money, then his PayPal account will not have a negative balance, because nothing withdraw from his account. I will need to reopen the disputes.

To make it easier to understand, here is what happened, Sc00bii agreed everything before money sent to him
1) Emily Fong sent him money
2) Sc00bii withdraw the money
3) Emily Fong chargeback and reversed her money after she found out it is a scam
4) Sc00bii's PayPal account is dead, and his PayPal balance turn negative because money from "Emily Fong" is successfully withdraw from his account
5) He should share the money with me
6) END OF STORY

I'm not trying to seduce anybody ,  I'm just presenting real evidence of my innocence to @Darkness & @Liars.. I have no need to deceive anyone .. I'm not interested in ruining my reputation and name on such delusions and. I'm also not interested in losing the 5-year account on which my entire career is based.

Knew it, as I said, you can't trick me, your account is already dead with negative balance, what can I do with it? you just so scare to let me log into the account because you're hiding the truth that you're a scammer. The video proof you sent me is totally a bullshit, I think you sent almost the same video to Darkness and Liars, I can see that you not taking the whole webpage. We need a video that we can see the whole webpage, so we know that you're not changing any setting and options, not a video proof that you take with your cheap phone zooming in and out and missed the important part of the webpage. 

CIO is a very nice place. I have deal with good peoples, I still working with them until today. I also deal with scammers, they're ban except you, you're very stubborn scammer, but I deal with peoples like you before and I believe I will make your account ban very soon, not going to give up.
