 Please provide a screen recording from inside the Mollie account showing the chat with Mollie support where they explain the reason for the limitation. Make sure the video clearly shows you’re logged into the account and that the message is from Mollie’s official support. You can send it privately to staff if needed.

I cant get that inside the app or do you mean i copy the chat.., why will I lie about this conversation.. Seriously i uploaded a video showing the whole app inside and the conversation. If you want u can videocall with me i will show you everything inside the app, all informations and then go to the chat where it is saved.
