1. Mismatch between the client's country and the jurisdiction of the business
The screenshots show that:
• Your Mollie account is registered to a French individual entrepreneur (auto-entreprise),
• but one of the transactions took place from a card issued in Hong Kong SAR China,
• and the other - through SEPA transfer from Portugal (RT).
* This immediately causes Mollie to have an automatic risk check.
They expect customers to be from the EU (France, Belgium, Germany, etc.), and not from countries with increased risk for AML (Hong Kong, China, etc.).
• 2. Suspicion of test or artificial transactions
You have:
• Payment for €10.00 without description ("No description"),
• Several transactions marked "Consult", "Open" and "Cancelled",
• Dismatch of IP and the client's country (France - Portugal → Hong Kong).
* It looks like test payments for the system or "saffored" for verification.
Mollie strictly prohibits self-payments (transfers to yourself for test or account activation).
3. You idiot, don't argue with me and gpt. You have been denied a replacement due to stupid actions within the account and test transactions. Please don't write to me again and don't post this nonsense on the forum. Your correspondence with Molly's support is fake. I'm showing you real proofs from my mail. We're not stupid, you won't be able to deceive us

This guy said he logged in from one IP address.
But every time he logged into his account, he had IP addresses from different countries. Different devices. Different times.
