Yea im in contact with him to get him the account back.

The email is still the same as the original email he was given from the start, the OP changed the email himself to something of his own.

@Darkness @Liars Well, currently seller is just trying to make things harder and is also trying to finesse me in plain sight. To me he just seems mad because i was able to solve the issue elsewhere even after waiting for him, informing and etc.

No buddy, you messed this up yourself.

We were talking on first of december about the renewl, i didnt reply for 12 hours and you instantly opened the report on 2th if december.

(Mid process) you didnt inform me you were going to have the upgrade done by someone else either

As i said.

I can refund you the original remaining months tou had left on the account, changing the email was your own fault.

You had 3 months left on the plan so that will be refunded.

At this point, i'll just leave it to the staff to decide. I've already given my address, at this moment i haven't received any refund and i also would like to know the veredict regarding the account, i don't see much point in going back and forward with this seller rn

Update, seller says he did not change it because the domain isn't his, he also checked and said that his team didn't change it. Contacted spotify and regained access to the account, only thing missing now is the refund

Yep! Luckily spotify support could get him the account back!

Will provide the retund of remaining months within 24 hours, glad its solved this way.
