This actually isn't the first time i do a report about him, this is the same account in question. I payed for 1y and he has been renewing it every 3 months, last time i had to report for him to renew for 6 months but it was missing 3 months that should be renew in the 28th of November, i contacted him 4 days prior and he only answered two days after and even so i told him about it. Once the plan ended and kicked out all of the users i contacted and since then he has been giving me half answers and no actual explanation or solution. At the moment i'm getting pressured by the people that pay to in the family plan, since he isn't solving i'd just rather get the money's worth of the 3 months that he isn't upgrading(by my calculations it would be 12.4£) or he should just do the final renewal.
I have been dealing with this seller for about 2 years i think, i don't know if it's a new owner or something but the customer support hasn't been the best.
