there are hundreds of locations for each store. some locations do not accept it due to franchise issues and other problems. we give our best known opinion on it. if stores do not accept it in most locations then we remove it from the store. we have done that for many stores. It is unfortunate that your store did not accept it. I do not know how much you bought but you could have bought a smaller denomination so that you would not have a huge problem. We also gave you credit when you said you could not use it. Other shops like us do not even do that. Responsiblity ends at the balance of the gift card.
If you bought from us then you should have checked the FAQ prior to purchasing which also mentions that it is YOUR responsibility to check if they accept e-gift cards or not. You could have just called them and asked if they did and that would be your answer. How do you expect me to know about every single location for every single brand that i sell? i have over 400 brands. That is thousands of locations.
As for the recommendation from the support. We do not push you to buy anything. We can only recommend based on our experience. What do you want me to say when you come to for an OPINION? lol
