If you bought from us then you should have checked the FAQ prior to purchasing which also mentions that it is YOUR responsibility to check if they accept e-gift cards or not. You could have just called them and asked if they did and that would be your answer. How do you expect me to know about every single location for every single brand that i sell? i have over 400 brands. That is thousands of locations. 

As for the recommendation from the support. We do not push you to buy anything. We can only recommend based on our experience. What do you want me to say when you come to for an OPINION? lol

you claim to have known what my order is but now you "will look into it"? i asked quite a few questions to your support but of course just like others, they answered just to get me to buy. its crazy how you come here to sell stuff then basically turn around and blame ME when i asked your support BEFORE buying. nice to know how you do business. i know im not getting anything back from you guys OR a replacement of any kind so its all good. just wish you would be straight forward and honest in your practices.

 i never said i am not going to offer you credit or any replacement either.  All my support executive did was put the balance you wanted next in line.  I can post tons of vouches here that the gift cards we sell are useable in a majority of the stores. I would say over 90% of stores have accepted them.If they are declined by a majority of the stores then we remove them. When you came back and said that particular location did not accept them then i promptly gave you credit. You asked for another restaurant but since it is a new edition and not tested properly, i gave you other recommendations which have been tested properly. https://i.imgur.com/61nHU1R.png

Purchased a Giftcard, and I was pleasantly surprised! I had no issues using the gift card, the balance was correct, and it was delivered fast and on time. Love to see Giftcards back on the market! GLWS

Have purchased several egift cards from them and they have been great Got one with $0 balance and they immediately made good on it without question. Now this is just my experience with them but it has all been positive so far.

Hope this helps others to try and give them a try
