Additional Information: I purchased a Wise account 8 days ago.
They informed me that I would receive it the following night.
After that, I heard nothing except for occasional messages saying “I'll do it tonight” for 3 days when I spammed him with messages.
After 7 days, I sent a message to find out what was going on after several refund requests, and then he sent me a message with account information like that, without any additional information.
I asked him for more information, but he never sent me the documents, didn't reply, and asked me to buy a proxy that he never mentioned at the beginning, or even which one to get on the famous website.
I didn't log into his account at all because I was waiting for the proxy, but I feel like I'm being taken for a fool. I don't even know if the account works, and I don't dare try it in case he tells me I've broken his account.

After submtting the scam report I weirdly received all the docs very quickly despite asking
On top of that, the docs are spanish so I guess the account itself is also spanish when I ordered a french account (with a supplement in $ I paid)
 
I didn't even test the account since he never replied on what proxy to use and he never proposed to his "free" proxy or anything
Also, the final "threat" screenshot is not even from our conversation, I have a pink avatar with the letters LD written as we can see on the first screens, the last one is not from me.
I sent the entire conversation on the initial post, no hidden messages, everything from the beginning, you can see my profile picture.
No threats.
 
I would like a refund rather than continue to be taken for a fool.
