After submtting the scam report I weirdly received all the docs very quickly despite asking
On top of that, the docs are spanish so I guess the account itself is also spanish when I ordered a french account (with a supplement in $ I paid)
I didn't even test the account since he never replied on what proxy to use and he never proposed to his "free" proxy or anything
