"scan" is faking an ID card

It seems that refunders either use DNA or EB (claim that the box was empty). Then they use one of the FTID versions, not sure which one.
It's fine if you delivered to your home address. I did it once, they said they would investigate, and nothing happened on my side.
I see you're french, I did it on .fr too
The refund took a long time, just don't give up and you should get it

Do you think that all refunders who sells their services on telegram make DNA or EB ?

I think they know a rapid method to run many people who ask this service.

Can I get more explain about scan ID please ? because I don't know how to do? for example, if they ask me a police report, I should go with my own ID card and the fake name with the refund and mine won't be similar, so there will be failed.

I heard about the dry ice method but I don't know how to do because it evaporates in 3 hours (according to a supplier) and my item is only 220 grams. Should I go rapidly to the post after putting it in the box ?
