suggestion for stopping people getting scammed by fakes in scam reports

needless to say been a problem recently and i think i found a solution

to make a scam report account needs to be minimum 1 day old
to post on another persons scam report account needs to be minimum 3 days old
force users to auto put static btc,eth,ltc,monero addresses on the thread and make sure if refunded only refund to those addresses not through tg or discord

its simple and quick but hopefully if implemented should stop a lot of problems

Hmm, good suggestion, the earlier one you suggested only allowed OP and the person against whom dispute is opened to reply in deal disputes. I think that will be better. Because even if the newbie is not allowed to comment, scammers do have access to some old accounts in the forum, months old accounts, years old... they may use that.

The best will be only OP, Person (scammer), and Staff to get access to reply on the deal dispute as you suggested in another thread earlier.
