Amount or Item(s) Scammed:5 cards, 1 card doesn't work and 4 cards i didnt receive them

Additional Information: i opened a ticket in support for more than 10 hours ago and they just send one message every 3-4 hours with no useful information on that message, although two other cards i bought worked with no issues
