Additional Information: So I contacted him on Telegram and we set the conditions. I gave him my order price and he told that he wants 15%. He only wanted my mail and order number. He asked in which crypto I want to pay he's fee so I chose bitcoin and he provided his btc address. After I sent him btc he blocked me on Telegram and I have no contact with him. I can't provide any other screens because as you see on screen he blocked me.
