so I have 2 guys salestrashing at my thread and Ive been trying to report it to a staff for like 1 week but no one does anything when it clearly says at the forum rules that "All sales trashing is prohibited, you may warn users of a scammer provided you post proof. "

one of them is just mad that I didnt give him a discounted copy, the other guy I dont even know him and never talked with him, he doesnt even know what the method is about

any staff will delete those posts? they are affecting my business
