program for collecting phone numbers and emails from the pages of Instagram users

Program features
collection of phone numbers / emails from the full name and description (biography) of the account
collection of phone numbers / emails from business account contacts (not yet available, the instagram has changed the algorithms, authorization is required)
processing speed up to ~1000 accounts per minute (multithreading by using proxy)
processing speed up to ~100 accounts per minute (one thread)
collection of several numbers / emails from one account
no Instagram authorization required
What the program does not know how:
collect phone numbers and emails to which the account was registered. This information is impossible to get! Do not try to find a similar program!
