Whenever i login to a different user or turn on my pc i get cmd opened and closed instantly
does that mean i'm infected?

you could be infected
just run malware bytes premium and check
at least my silent miner runs powershells everytime a user turns on the pc.

malwarebytes premium keys are like 2$-3$ in the marketplace just check
or find a yt video to download it cracked

its probably a token logger change all your passwords and make sure the cmd never opens since it running on the process that sends your cookies and passwords to the runner

Don't use Malwarebytes, try Kaspersky, Malwarebytes recently ruined their detections.
